Lindahl has advised Cibes Lift Group in the acquisition of the British company Apex Lifts. Cibes is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of space efficient lifts and by acquiring Apex Lifts Cibes strengthens its presence in the strategically important London area. Through the acquisition of Apex Lifts and the previous acquisition of Titan Elevators, Cibes will be amongst the largest independent lift companies in the UK.
Apex Lifts has a large customer base across the UK and is renowned for its bespoke solutions as well as for its wide competence in lift modernisation, installation, and maintenance.
Lindahl has advised Cibes Lift Group in the transaction together with the English law firm RPC.
