Lindahl was legal advisor to the sellers in connection with the sale of all shares in DOFAB AB to Seafire AB (publ). DOFAB is a family company which offers custom-made windows, doors and gates to property companies and the private market. The sellers will remain in their operational roles after the acquisition.
Seafire AB, whose shares are listed on First North Growth Market, is a group of companies in industry, trade and services that acquires and develops companies in Sweden.
The Lindahl team mainly consisted of Carl-Johan Krusell and Filip Fabri.
