Lindahl assisted Polar Structure AB in conjunction with the public tender offer to the shareholders in Netmore Group AB (publ).

The consideration in the offer was in cash only and valued Netmore to SEK 490 million. Polar Structure develops and owns infrastructure which contributes to a more enduring and sustainable society.

Lindahl’s main team consisted of Ola Svanberg, Jan Berg and Gustav Ahlgren.
