Bawat has carried out an issue of 1,815,406 units to the general public in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. The company will receive SEK 35.4 million from the issue before issue costs. Trading on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market began on 28 March 2022.
The patented BWMS heat-based system enables Bawat to provide a cost-effective, flexible and sustainable solution to the problem of ballast water management.
