Lindahl advised Germany-based Altano Group on its acquisition, via its subsidiary Altano Sweden, of the Swedish equine clinic group Mälaren Hästklinik, a leading operator of equine clinics in Sweden with six specialized local clinics and practices.
The Altano Group is a merger of leading equine clinics and practices. With an initial focus on the German-speaking countries, the Altano Group has ever since implemented a European growth strategy and recently added clinics and practices in the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark and France.
The team of Lindahl advising on the transaction consisted mainly of Moritz Veller, Edvard Gustafsson, Joakim Lundin, Asta Schulz and Matilda Jusslin.
