GDL is one of Sweden’s leading companies in transport, machinery and logistics services. GDL’s ancestry goes back to 1735 and today it is established in a total of 20 locations all over Sweden, with annual total sales of SEK 3.6 billion. Its head office is located in Helsingborg.
Lindahl represented GDL in the transfer of GDL’s logistics property in Kalmar to a company in the Logistea Group, since when GDL has leased the entire property from Logistea under a long-term lease contract.
