Lindahl acted as legal advisor to Danish Nordic Solar in connection with its acquisition of four solar energy projects in the south of Sweden from Helios Nordic Energy. The solar energy projects are planned to be completed between 2023 and 2025 and are expected to have a total capacity of about 220 MWp with an electricity production corresponding to the yearly electricity consumption of about 44,000 households.
Nordic Solar develops, constructs, and operates solar farms in Europe and is currently active in eleven countries. By 2025, the company aims at owning and operating facilities with a total capacity of 1 GW.
Helios Nordic Energy is a Swedish company developing large scale solar farms in the Nordic countries.
