Lindahl acted as legal advisor to Randviken Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with the public takeover bid from Stenhus Fastigheter i Norden AB (publ) to the shareholders in Randviken.
The total value of the offer amounts to approximately SEK 2.7 billion, with an underlying property value of SEK 6 billion, making the takeover Sweden’s largest real estate transaction this year.
The offer was announced on April 19, 2022, the acceptance period expired on July 5, 2022, and the offer was declared unconditional on July 6, 2022.
Lindahl acted as legal advisor to Randviken in connection with the offering and SEB Corporate Finance produced the fairness opinion for the bid committee.
