The energy company Dala Energi AB has been listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, with trading in the company's shares commencing on 27 January 2022. The first trade in the company's share was at SEK 59.5 per share, equivalent to a value of around SEK 1.5 billion for all shares in Dala Energi.
Dala Energi is a regional group that offers solutions within energy and digital communication. The company's business concept is to help people and businesses to live and develop simply, effectively and sustainably in the district where Dala Energi operates. Dala Energi was founded in 1897.
Lindahl acted as legal advisor for Dala Energi in connection with the company's listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
