Lindahl was adviser to Asplunds Bygg in their new construction project in Jönköping which involved construction of 82 apartments with right of tenancy, 50 of which will be built as sheltered accommodation with communal premises. The project has an agreed property value of SEK 246 million when completed. The purchaser is Nivika Fastigheter AB (publ).
