Lindahl assisted Adcare Nordic in bringing in Hasko Invest AB as new ownership partner and majority owner. Founder Lars Rönnqvist remains as minority owner and will continue to lead the company as CEO after the transaction.

Adcare Nordic was founded in 2001 and sells medical devices in the Nordic region. The company's customers comprise hospitals and specialist clinics within the areas of urology, cardiovascular intervention and endoscopy (gastro- and bronchoscopy). The company has 10 employees with head office and warehouse in Helsingborg.
The Lindahl team consisted primarily of Fredrik Karlsson, Isabelle Selemba and Ida Hjorth.
