Lindahl has advised Sareq AB and Carlson Invest Holding AB in connection with the sale of BATAB Bygg- & Akustikteknik AB to the Novedo Group.
BATAB is a well-established and historically profitable company in the ceiling and acoustic solutions sector with a focus on renovations and customizations of commercial properties, offices and the public sector. The company was founded in 1975 and is today led by Simon Carlsson. Simon Carlsson becomes a shareholder in Novedo in connection with the transaction.
