Lindahl assisted the owners of Corplus AB and Corplus Syd AB (”Corplus”) before the summer in connection with a transaction through which Broviken Gruppen (”Broviken”), which owns and develops qualified service companies, became principal owner of Corplus. The transaction and Broviken's investment will enable the owners of Corplus to continue to develop Corplus' business together with Broviken, and simultaneously further widen Broviken's service offering.
Corplus is a fast-growing, quality-focused provider of interim services within accounts, HR and salaries, with offices in Stockholm and Malmö. Corplus was founded in 2012 and is now one of Sweden's fastest growing agencies within its segment. The business, which turns over approx. SEK 160 million with excellent profitability, is managed by a competent organisation with a strong network consisting of approx. 800 freelance consultants.
Broviken is a privately-owned corporate group that invests in Nordic companies within the service sector, managed by strong entrepreneurs and management teams. Broviken was founded in 2018 and, besides Corplus, has companies such as Forsen, Svefa, Attollo and Cereb in its portfolio.
Lindahl acted as legal advisor to the owners of Corplus in connection with the sale and the team principally comprised Mårten Steen, Erika Svensson, Disa Almqvist and Bengt Bolin.
