Lindahl acts as legal advisor when Cherry SE acquires the Swedish based companies Built On Experience AB and Xtrfy Gaming AB. The transaction is subject to conditions and closing of the transaction is expected to January 2023.
Built On Experience and its wholly owned subsidiary Xtrfy Gaming develops, manufactures and sells high-performance gaming equipment, primarily sold in the Nordics and other European countries.
German based Cherry is a leading global manufacturer of high-end mechanical keyboard switches and computer input devices such as keyboards, mice and headsets for applications in the gaming & e-sports, office workplaces, industry and healthcare sectors. Cherry employs approximately 400 persons in production plants and corporate branches in Germany, France, United Kingdom, China and USA. Cherry is listed on Deutsche Börse Xetra.
