Lindahl advised the principal owners of Medrave Software AB (“Medrave”) in connection with Carasent ASA’s acquisition of all the shares in Medrave.
Medrave is the market leader in Scandinavia for IT-based quality improvement systems in primary and specialist care, primarily in Sweden and Norway. Medrave’s software is used in more than 1,100 care units in Sweden and around 400 care units in Norway.
Carasent ASA is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
