The Grade group has continued its growth by acquiring Refensa. Refensa is a cloud-based solution for digital reference taking for recruitment.
The Grade group -- comprising the companies Grade, Varbi, Workbuster and now Refensa -- offers a unique end-to-end platform consisting of digital HR tools and solutions pertaining to, among other things, employer branding, recruitment and talent management. The major owner of the Grade group is Viking Venture, a Norway-based investor specialized in investments in Nordic B2B software companies, whom Lindahl assisted on the separate acquisitions of Grade, Workbuster and Varbi in 2021.
The team of Lindahl advising the Grade group on the acquisition of Refensa mainly consisted of Moritz Veller and Ellen Nordell.
