The Grade group continues to grow further as it acquires Realcruit. Realcruit offers user-friendly and profound software for the automated measuring of candidate experience, with improved candidate experience as the primary goal.
The Grade group -- comprising the companies Grade, Varbi, Workbuster, Refensa and now Realcruit -- offers a unique end-to-end platform consisting of digital HR tools and solutions pertaining to, among other things, employer branding, recruitment and talent management. The major owner of the Grade group is Viking Venture, a Norway-based investor specialized in investments in Nordic B2B software companies, whom Lindahl assisted on the separate acquisitions of Grade, Workbuster and Varbi in 2021.
The team of Lindahl advising the Grade group on the acquisition of Realcruit mainly consisted of Moritz Veller and Ellen Nordell.
