Medoma’s concept was launched in Sweden in 2021. The service consists of a combination of advanced medical technology, a monitoring center that is connected around the clock and visiting care staff who treat the patients in their own homes. The company now closed a capital round where Bonnier Ventures acted as co-lead investor together with Inventure. Among other participating in the investment round were existing co-owners VNV Global, Sophia Bendz through Cherry Ventures, Sven Hagströmer’s Biovestor and AB Segulah. Through the investment, Bonnier Ventures has increased its focus on healthtech, which is one of Bonnier Ventures’ priority areas.
Lindahl acted as legal adviser to Bonnier Ventures in connection with this transaction. Lindahl’s team consisted mainly of Moritz Veller and Edvard Gustafsson.
