Lindahl has acted as a legal advisor to ICA Fastigheter in the notice of a call option for and subsequent purchase of Alecta Fastigheter’s share of fifty per cent of the shares of Långeberga Logistik AB.
The acquisition gives ICA Fastigheter a sole right of disposition over the underlying property and thus enables ICA’s largest logistics property to be developed in a more agile way. The purchase includes an area of just over 105,600 square metres and the market value amounts to just over SEK 2.3 billion.
Lindahl assisted ICA Fastigheter with a team led by Andreas Mellberg, along with Jane Hartwig and Mikael Smedeby.
