Riksbyggen is a cooperative company that develops attractive living environments. Riksbyggen is also one of the largest property managers in Sweden, whose customers include tenant-owner associations, companies and public property owners.
Riksbyggen has acquired part of a property just to the east of Löddeköpinge in the municipality of Kävlinge. Riksbyggen will take possession of the property when a new local development plan for the property has gained legal force and after the partition of the land area in question. Riksbyggen plans to build terraced houses, detached houses and semi-detached houses in various designs on the property as well as apartment buildings. There will be approximately 200–250 new homes in total. It is expected that sales will start and the first spade will go into the ground in 2024 and the plan is for residents to move into the properties in 2025/2026.
