Lindahl acted as legal advisor to Nanologica AB (publ) in connection with the company's list change from Spotlight Stock Market to Nasdaq Stockholm's main market.
Nanologica manufactures, develops, and sells nanoporous silica particles for applications within life science. Nanologica is world-leading in controlling the shape, size, porosity, and surface properties of silica particles, creating opportunities to develop unique products.
According to Nanologica, the list change to Nasdaq Stockholm's main market will, among other things, give the company an increased exposure and the opportunity to attract institutional and international investors to a greater extent.
Trading in the company's share on Nasdaq Stockholm began on March 29, 2022. Lindahl's team consisted of Mårten Steen, Patrik Rindstål, Erika Svensson, Therese Norenäs, Erik Vikström and Amanda Sjöberg. A number of other colleagues within Lindahl also contributed with their expertise in various parts of the project.
