Riksbyggen is a cooperative company that develops attractive living environments. Riksbyggen is also one of the largest property managers in Sweden, whose customers include tenant-owner associations, companies and public property owners.
Lindahl acted as an advisor to Riksbyggen in the acquisition of the Mimer 15 property in the Berga industrial area in Helsingborg. Riksbyggen plans to build approximately 350-450 apartments on the property in the form of ordinary tenant-owner apartments and tenant-owner apartments for senior citizens with the first sales taking place in 2027–2030.
