Mafa i Ängelholm AB was founded in 1958 and today the company is a market-leading manufacturer of silos in Sweden. More than 50 per cent of its manufacturing production is for export.
Lindahl acted as an advisor to Mafa in the sale of the company’s production and office property, Rebbelberga 26:28, in the Åkerslund industrial area in Ängelholm. The property includes a leasable area of approximately 10,600 m2 consisting of production, warehouse, retail and office space. The transfer involves Mafa leasing most of the property from the purchaser under a long-term lease.
