Lindahl acted as an advisor to the majority shareholder in connection with the sale of approximately 70 per cent of the shares in Nile AB to the Paris-based company Linxens.
Nile AB develops digital solutions in health and medical care and operates in four areas: medical equipment, self-adhesive solutions, printed electronics and RFID solutions. Products manufactured by Nile AB include “smart plasters” and other solutions involving contact with the body, known as “wearables”.
Linxens is a global leader in electronic components, focusing on security and identification.
