Lindahl has carried out a successful corporate reorganisation at Montera i Storfors AB.
Montera i Storfors AB operates in the construction sector and its business mainly consists of ventilation installations and prefab assembly. The company has around 30 employees and its total sales in 2021 were around SEK 80 million.
The company suffered from payment difficulties in 2020, which continued into 2021. The application for corporate reorganisation was submitted in spring 2021 and it was completed in December that same year. The company has complied with the reorganisation plan and succeeded in achieving a majority for a fifty per cent composition in respect of debts incurred before the reorganisation. Previous payment difficulties have been turned to profitability.
The Lindahl team consisted of the reorganiser, lawyer Clas Rosdahl, the legal associate Johan Halvarsson and the finance administrator Kristina Ekman.
