Svenska Hus has acquired an industrial property in Gråbo with a lettable area of 13,331 sqm. The transaction was conducted as a company transfer, with handover scheduled to take place in October 2021.
Svenska Hus sees tremendous development potential for both the property and the area, with its proximity to both Lerum and Gothenburg. Lerum Municipality has also announced a positive planning decision for housing on the property. The property covers an area of approximately 72,600 sq.m.
