K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) (“K2A”) has issued SEK 450,000,000 hybrid green bonds under its SEK 750,000,000 framework agreement with an eternal duration. The issue was oversubscribed more than two times. K2A intends to list the green hybrid bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm Bond Market for sustainable bonds.
Nordea Bank Abp and Swedbank AB (publ) have acted as joint arrangers and bookrunners.
Advokatfirman Lindahl have acted as legal adviser to K2A in connection with the issue of the green hybrid bonds. From Lindahl participated associates Ellen Frisk and Pontus Söderberg together with partner Sten Gejrot.
