Lindahl legal advisor to Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) in its publicity of a base prospectus in relation to its SEK 3,000,000,000 MTN-program and subsequent SEK 400 000 000 issued senior unsecured green bonds and listing on Nasdaq Stockholm Bond Market for sustainable bonds.
K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) has earlier announced that K2A has entered into a SEK 3,000,000,000 senior unsecured Medium Term Note-program and which base prospectus has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw: Finansinspektionen). K2A has thereafter issued a SEK 400,000,000 senior unsecured green bonds under the MTN-program which have been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Bond Market for sustainable bonds.
Nordea Bank Abp and Swedbank AB (publ) have acted as joint bookrunnder. Advokatfirman Lindahl acted legal adviser to K2A in connection with the base prospectus and issued green bonds. From Lindahl participated associates Ellen Frisk and Pontus Söderberg together with Sten Gejrot, partner.
