Lindahl acted as an advisor to Svenska Hus on the sale of a a property in Backa. The transaction was carried out as a company transfer and possession was taken of the property in December 2021. The agreed property value amounted to just over SEK 190 million.
Svenska Hus has actively developed the property in recent years and it currently includes retail space, offices, warehouses and distribution. The sale forms part of the Svenska Hus strategy of active management with acquisition, development and sale taking place when the time is right. The sale serves to create space for Svenska Hus to take on new development projects. Lindahl expresses its thanks for the confidence shown and for a fruitful collaboration.
