Nordier Property Advisors and Novi Real Estate have decided to join forces and form a major new Swedish property advisor with expertise in transactions, valuation, rentals, development and management. The operations will be gathered under the name Novier, and this company will have a total of approximately 100 employees, an annual turnover of around SEK 150m and offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. The biggest owners following the merger are Gullringsbo Egendomar, ABG Sundal Collier and Manacor Group.
Nordier’s and Novi’s operations have grown rapidly in recent years, and they have received assignments all over Sweden in various areas of real-estate consultancy. The companies complement each other's services well and will achieve a broader geographical reach together. The objective is to create a bigger and stronger Swedish-owned real-estate consultancy with the same professional and personal approach as that currently represented by Nordier and Novi. The assessment is that there are excellent opportunities for continued growth on the Swedish market, with more colleagues and projects in all the companies' business areas. The coordination of operations is planned for the first quarter of 2022.
