Lindahl has represented Staffanstorp Municipality in a construction dispute with Barslund Sverige AB. The dispute has been handled in Lund District Court and the main hearing, which ended in May 2021, comprised a total of eleven days of hearings. The trial dealt with a number of contentious issues that arose in the context of a publicly procured contract for the construction of a new development area within the municipality. Examples of contentious issues that are now before the District Court are the right to compensation for additional and outgoing work in the event of a so-called “mass takeover” and the application of a number of measurement rules in MER Anläggning 13.
