Lindahl has represented Baravaragruppen AB in the acquisition of Midroc Properties subsidiaries and thereby the site leasehold to Ångfärjestationen 1 (also known as "The Tivoli"), situated in central Helsingborg.
Baravaragruppen AB is a local restaurant and entertainment group with strong roots in Helsingborg, and it runs the restaurants Bara Vara and Sillen & Makrillen in the city.
