Storytel AB (publ), provider of one of the world's largest subscribed audiobook and e-book streaming services, is acquiring the Finnish publisher Aula & Co. The acquisition is made through Storytel’s subsidiary Storytel Books AB and closing is expected to take place in August 2021. The purchase price is being paid through a combination of cash and newly issued shares in Storytel AB (publ).
Lindahl has acted as Swedish legal advisor for Storytel in connection with the transaction and has assisted with legal due diligence and contractual negotiations. Lindahl's team consisted mainly of Moritz Veller and Nicklas Bexelius.
