The property-development company's Proveloper company for community properties, Detecta, has completed a back-to-back transaction whereby through companies it bought the property on Väster in Örebro where the furniture store Mio was previously housed, and then sold the property on to Offentliga Hus i Norden AB (publ). The transaction is being carried out as so-called forward funding, whereby Detecta will prepare a large part of the building for an upper secondary school with Praktiska Gymnasiet as the tenant. The agreed property value at the time of the sale is approximately SEK 46 million.
Dennis Dicksen and Victoria Bromark at the law firm Lindahl have assisted Proveloper/Detecta in the transactions.
