Lindahl has assisted Jonas Software in the acquisition of Easit AB, the group’s first acquisition in Sweden.
Jonas Software acquires, manages and builds industry-specific software companies globally. Jonas Software has acquired more than 100 companies, supplying industry-leading enterprise management software and related services to more than 80,000 customers in over 30 vertical markets.
Easit AB is a Swedish software company that provides case management, data management and consulting services to businesses in both the private and the public sector.
Lindahl’s team consisted of Emanuel Wallin, Filip Malm, Josefin Andersson, Maximilian Hansson Wallenberg and Victor Carlsson.
