Lindahl has advised the shareholders of Trygga Hiss i Stockholm AB regarding Hissen Elektro Mekanisk Verkstad AB:s purchase of all shares in Trygga Hiss.
Trygga Hiss was founded in 2011 and has a yearly turnover of approximately MSEK 45 with a steady growth. The sellers have more than 30 years of experience of service, repairs and remodeling of elevators.
Hissen was founded in 1932 and has since grown steadily. At the day of the transaction Hissen has 52 employees who perform re- and newmodeling, care, service and maintenance of elevators in Stockholm.
Lindahl’s team mainly consisted of Henrik Nobel (responsible partner) and associate Mikael Nagy.
