Advokatfirman Lindahl has advised Ngenic AB (Plc.) in connection with the listing of the company’s shares on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market. In connection with the listing, a new share issue of approximately SEK 60 million was made. The first day of trading is scheduled for 8 June.
Ngenic was founded in 2010 and is an energy technology company that works with the digitalisation and streamlining of energy systems.
Lindahl has assisted Ngenic with a team led by Gunnar Mattsson together with Jens Frykstrand and Emelie Carmhagen Wernoff, among others.
