Lidén Group AB is transferring 31 properties to Amasten Fastighets AB (Plc.). The property portfolio comprises 40,000 sqm of housing, with 602 rented flats and 1,600 sqm of commercial space in several locations in western Sweden. The deal is being carried out in company form and is based on an underlying property value of SEK 784 million.
