K2A has acquired and taken over part of the properties Sidsjö 2:41 and Sidsjöhöjden 14 in Sundsvall from Sidsjö Fastigheter. The transaction is based on a property value of SEK 254 million. The properties comprise four buildings with a total lettable area of approximately 11,680 sqm, divided into housing, primary and secondary schools, and a health centre. The transaction also includes a condominium of 3,200 sqm GFA.
K2A is a real property company that owns, develops and manages rented flats for all types of properties as well as community properties in the long term. The company’s Class B ordinary shares and preference shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
