K2A has acquired the site leasehold Karlstad Ukulelen 1. The property comprises 248 student housing units directly adjacent to Karlstad University. The property houses four buildings erected in 2016, with a total leasable area of approximately 5,300 sqm. The transaction is based on a property value of SEK 248 million.
K2A is a real property company that owns, develops and manages rented flats for all types of properties as well as community properties in the long term. The company’s Class B ordinary shares and preference shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
