Lindahl has advised the owners Capacon Förvaltning AB and N.Norelius Förvaltning AB in the sale of all shares in Larmatic Alarm AB to Prosero Security Group AB.
Larmatic provides security services such as burglar alarms, camera surveillance and access solutions. Larmatic is a certified construction company for burglar alarms in alarm classes 1 and 2 and has several certified engineers in alarm and surveillance. The team delivers security systems to companies, public sector and property owners.
