Dirac Research AB is an Uppsala-based company that works with digital sound optimisation. The company’s patented sound optimisation technologies are used in several market segments and by well-known brands such as Onkyo, Pioneer, Philips, Hyundai, Volvo, Polestar, BYD, Klipsch, and ASUS.
Dirac Research has conducted a directed share issue to TIN Fonder and DIG Investment that has provided the company with an injection of SEK 150 million in capital (before transaction costs).
Advokatfirman Lindahl has assisted Dirac Research in raising this capital by serving as its legal advisor. Lindahl’s team consisted of Mikael Smedeby and Andreas Mellberg.
