Lindahl has advised Cibes in the acquisition of the Norwegian company Heisplan. Cibes Lift Group is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of space efficient lifts and by acquiring Heisplan Cibes strengthens its presence on the Norwegian market and creates new business opportunities in lift modernisation, installation and maintenance.
Headquartered in Ålesund, Heisplan has offices in Oslo and Trondheim and has a large customer base across Norway and delivers products and services nationwide. Heisplan is specialised in lift modernisation, installation and maintenance and also offers around the clock lift alarm services and a wide range of lift solutions, including vertical platform lifts and conventional passenger lifts, goods lifts, escalators and offshore lifts.
Lindahl has advised Cibes in the transaction together with the Norwegian law firm Haavind.
