Biosergen has carried out an issue of 5,000,000 units to the public in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Through the issue, the company receives SEK 50 million before the deduction of issue costs. The trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market is expected to begin on June 24, 2021.
Biosergen focuses exclusively on the development of the antifungal product BSG005. BSG005 is an innovative new antifungal for the treatment of life threatening invasive fungal disease.
