Lindahl assisted KAMIC Group when it wanted to acquire the entire shareholding of Eltecno in Vellinge AB and its sister company Electro Inpower AB. Altogether, the acquired companies have 60 employees and generate annual sales of SEK 80 million.
Eltecno designs, constructs and manufactures technical solutions in the field of enclosed electrical engineering solutions, such as power stations, apartment distribution boards, outdoor junction cabinets and low-voltage switchboards. In other words, Eltecno is responsible for the entire process from conceptual idea to the final customised product. The company delivers solutions to small projects and to big, complex projects such as hospitals and shopping centres.
KAMIC Group is a conglomerate comprising some 40 affiliated companies in the areas of both commerce and manufacturing, companies that share the goal of being leading suppliers of technical products and services in selected product and market niches. The group has 900 employees in 13 countries in Northern Europe, Asia and North America and generates annual revenues of SEK 2.2 billion. KAMIC Group’s customers are found mainly in the manufacturing industry but also include electricians and construction companies.
Lindahl’s team comprised Gunnar Mattsson (senior partner), Erika Svensson, Disa Almqvist, Björn Sundin, Olov Kling (labour law) and Jonas Lenhammar (real property law).
