Lindahl has assisted the owner, SakraFast Holding AB, in the sale of all shares in Säkra Fastigheter i Sverige AB to Assemblin El AB.
Säkra Fastigheter, which was founded in 2011, designs customised, total solutions in the field of security. The company currently consists of 15 dedicated security experts who design, install and maintain various security systems. The business offers services in the areas of alarms, locks, access control systems, CCTV surveillance, fire alarms, emergency lighting, integrated systems, building systems, intercoms, door automation, and information and booking systems. Customers include several housing companies, companies, construction companies and housing associations.
Lindahl’s team consisted of Mats Tindberg and Nicklas Bexelius.
