Lindahl has advised the owners of MaskinSlussen AB on the sale of all the shares in the company to Ramirent AB. MaskinSlussen was founded in 1987 and is a major player in the machine rental market in Västra Götaland.
Lindahl’s team consisted of Gunnar Mattsson, Andreas Mellberg, Amanda Sjöberg and Olov Kling.
