Lindahl acted as advisor when Heba Fastighets AB signed an agreement with Bergsundet regarding the acquisition of 92 newly produced rented flats financed with investment support and 62 social housing units in the new Älvdansen area, a developing new district in central Enköping. The acquisition has a “forward funding” structure with an underlying property value of SEK 307 million.
Heba is a property owner that develops, owns and manages residential and community properties in the Stockholm region.
