Together with Lantmännen Fastigheter, Asplunds Bygg has entered into an agreement regarding the acquisition of building rights for housing in a large district project in Ormesta, Örebro. A condition of the deal is the adoption of a zoning plan, which is expected to become final by the end of 2021. The entire zoning plan includes a downtown building with shops, training facilities, a medical centre, a retirement home, student housing, a parking garage, and housing, with a volume of just over 37,000 m². Pure housing is estimated to amount to a volume of 55,200 m² GFA.
