The Norway-based investor Viking Venture, specialized in investments in Nordic B2B software companies, has acquired the Sweden-based company Grade from majority shareholder Monterro and minority shareholders. Grade is a provider of a learning and talent management platform. The acquisition forms part of Viking Venture’s establishment of a HR tech stronghold in the Nordics.
Lindahl acted as legal adviser to Viking Venture on the Swedish elements of the transaction. Lindahl’s team consisted mainly of Moritz Veller, Edvard Gustafsson, Joakim Lundin, Asta Schulz, Fredrik Gillgren and Ottilia Boström.
